Perhaps you have already made homemade puff pastry and have some leftover, but you don't know what to do with it. Here we show you how to store and freeze it until you want to use it again. Step 1 - We should have our homemade puff pastry ready. - Roll it out on a lightly floured table. - Form a rectangle of approx. 40 X 30 cm and 1/2 cm thick. - Place it on wax paper. Step 2 - Take one edge of the dough along with the edge of the wax paper. - Make a small fold in the shape of a roll or like a wave. - Carefully roll both ends until finishing the rectangle. Step 3 - Finish by making a roll. Take plastic wrap and wrap it, (be careful that no air remains inside the wrapping). - Fold the ends and store in the freezer. Tips **If you plan to use it soon, you can keep it in the refrigerator for up to a week. **If you do NOT plan to use it soon, you can keep it in the freezer for up to 6 months. **You can also bake it and store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. With that puff pastry you prepared to freeze, you can later make a fruit pie, for example.
