Ingredients: 3/4 cups blackberries; 1/4 cups water; 3 lavender, fresh flower; 1 star anise pod; 1 Lipton® lemon black tea; ice cubes; 1 skewer, of blackberry, for decoration; 2 lavender, flower, for decoration

In a medium saucepan, cook the blackberries with the water, lavender, and anise for about 10 minutes or until the fruit breaks down. Cool. Blend the Lipton® black lemon tea with the syrup and enough ice to make a frappe.
