Serve it in transparent glasses as it will have a very nice color ;) You can use the leftover coconut as decoration if you toast it a bit to make it stand out.

Tips

To give it consistency, you can add evaporated milk, and you can add your favorite tropical fruit; just don't forget that the coconut flavor is very subtle and can be easily lost if we use another fruit.
