Mix Honey Bunches of Oats® almond cereal with almond flour, powdered sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla extract in a bowl, then use a spatula and stir until a homogeneous dough forms. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Sprinkle flour over a flat surface, roll out the dough to half a centimeter thick with the help of a rolling pin, and form a rectangle. Divide the dough in half and shape triangles of the same size. Take one of the triangles and stretch it slightly with the rolling pin.
