Prepare this rich spongy bread and you can eat with whatever you want. The bisquets are a bread that you can accompany with jam, cajeta, cream cheese, etc. as well as with ingredients settled. Also, there is nothing better than a fresh homemade bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo flour
  • 1/2 kilos butter
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 50 grams baking soda
  • 15 grams salt
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Mix flour, butter, baking powder and sugar well.
Add the butter and stir until completely incorporated.
Form a volcano and add the milk, salt and stir well.
