Ingredients

4 portions
  • 150 grams Oikos® greek style yogurt
  • 1 french bread
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Heat a nonstick skillet.
Cut slices of bread 4 - 5 cm thick. Make a horizontal cut without reaching the end, this in order that the filling is between the bread.
In a bowl, mix the Yoghurt with the jam.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, cinnamon and milk and mix well.
Take the Yoghurt mixture and fill the bread, dip in the egg mixture. Make all the slices before you start frying.
Place the butter in the pan and melt, fry all the slices of bread in the pan, until golden brown.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and accompany with a glass of milk.
