  • 1 jar blueberry and pomegranate marmalade Extra Special
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder


Prepare some sandwiches, with 2 slices of bread and jam in the center and cut the edges with the help of the back of the knife (be careful, do not cut it), this is so that the sandwiches are sealed
Beat the eggs with the vanilla and ½ cup of evaporated milk until they are well incorporated
Pass the sandwiches through the previous mix, taking care to do it on both sides. Drain and set aside on a plate

To serve them, we need to prepare a sauce, for this, boil 1 cup of evaporated milk and ½ can of condensed milk for 2 minutes
