Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup berries, dry
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 500 grams flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 220 grams unsalted butter, cold, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 15 grams Nutella®
  • enough fruit, To accompany

Preparation

Soak dried red fruits in orange juice for 1 hour; drain excess liquid and reserve.
In a processor, mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder for 10 seconds; add the butter and crush 10 in 10 seconds, until the mixture has a sandy texture; add the red fruits, the egg and the milk and add, without mixing too much. Rest for 1 hour.
Spread the dough and cut, varnish with egg and sugar, and bake for approximately 30 minutes, at 180 ° C. Let it cool.
Split in half and spread 15 gr of Nutella®. Accompany with fruit and a glass of milk.
