Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 grams dry yeast
  • 90 milliliters Water
  • 90 milliliters milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • enough milk, to varnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl mix dry ingredients, wheat flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast.
Add the milk, water and butter mixture until completely integrated.
