Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 1/2 cups of whole wheat flours

  • 3 grams of dry yeast
  • 90 milliliters of Water
  • 90 milliliters of milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter at room temperature
  • enough of milk to varnish

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    In a bowl mix dry ingredients, wheat flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast.
    Add the milk, water and butter mixture until completely integrated.
