Soak the anise with half a cup of hot milk and let cool. Add the flour little by little, the yeast. Add the sugar, chocolate, salt, yolks and eggs little by little and knead until there is a homogeneous mixture.
Add the milk with anise and the remaining milk add little by little and keep kneading until the dough is manageable and semi elastic. Add and integrate the butter little by little.
Continue kneading until the most is soft and elastic. Let it rest in a tray or bowl (lightly greased) and leave to ferment until it doubles its volume, 10 minutes approx. Cover with plastic and refrigerate preferably 1 day.
Remove from the refrigerator and make balls of 100 grams, place in greased trays and leave to ferment until doubled in volume. Varnish with milk and sprinkle with sesame. Bake at 180ºC for 20 min or until they are well cooked and browned.
