Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/4 beets, its juice
  • 1/2 lemons, its juice
  • 1 cup chard, chopped
  • 1/2 cups watermelon, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups ice, optional

Preparation

Add the beet juice, the lemon juice, the chard, the watermelon and the ice to the blender. Blend perfectly well and cool down.

PRESENTATION

Serve the smoothie with a fan of watermelon and a little more ice.

TIPS
