Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/4 of piece of beets its juice
  • 1/2 piece of green lemon its juice
  • 1 Cup of chard chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of watermelon in cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of ice optional

    Preparation

    Add the beet juice, the lemon juice, the chard, the watermelon and the ice to the blender. Blend perfectly well and cool down.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the smoothie with a fan of watermelon and a little more ice.
