Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie bowl or in the microwave in 30 seconds. Reserve half of the chocolate.
Add half of the chocolate to a mold with waxed paper, forming a thin layer. Freeze 20 minutes.
Add oatmeal, peanuts, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, dried cranberries, honey and Cereal Fitness from Nestle® to the bowl with the rest of the chocolate. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the previous preparation into the mold and extend. Freeze 20 minutes or until solidified.
Desmolda and cut into square bars.
