Ingredients

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a bowl, start crusting the quiche, add the flour, butter and add a splash of water (the percentage of water may vary) and begin to knead until you have a firm dough. Reserve

    The filling is poured almost to the edge and put into the oven between 25-30 mins. and ready.

    TIPS

    About 5 minutes before the quiche comes out of the oven you can remove it and you can put a small layer of cheese on top, and put it back in the oven to make it au gratin, this makes it have a better presentation.
