For the filling, in a bowl add chicken, spinach, milk, cheese and beaten eggs. Season to taste.
The crust of the quiche is palotea and extends and in a mold to bake with a little oil, it is accommodated the mass, the excesses are cut, and with a fork or toothpick small holes are made to avoid that the crust inflates.
The filling is poured almost to the edge and put into the oven between 25-30 mins. and ready.


About 5 minutes before the quiche comes out of the oven you can remove it and you can put a small layer of cheese on top, and put it back in the oven to make it au gratin, this makes it have a better presentation.
