Preparation
Add to the blender the tomatoes, habanero pepper, white onion and cilantro. Season to your liking and blend until you obtain a homogeneous sauce.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, fry the tortillas without remaining hard, remove and reserve.
In the same pan fry two pieces of egg; crashed taking care that the yolk is tender. Remove from the pan and reserve.
Spread the tortilla with refried beans, serve the egg, bathe with the sauce and sprinkle with turkey breast ham, fresh cheese, a bit of peas, serrano chile rings.
Decorate with the male banana, cubes of avocado and cilantro. Serve and enjoy.
