A delicious breakfast, which involves few ingredients and a lot of fun to prepare!

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 4 slices tomtato
  • 1 slice manchego cheese
  • 1 slice white bread, or integral
  • 1 slice york ham, or turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 little box butter, or margarine

Preparation

Take a slice of bimbo bread and poke a hole in it with a cookie cutter.
Put a small square of butter to melt on a pan over low heat
Place the bread on the skillet.
Place an egg on the bread hole without the filling and let it cook for about 2 minutes, or until you can see that the part of the white that is in contact with the pan is done. At the same time leave the 4 slices of tomato cooking in the pan.
Very carefully the bread is turned over with the egg in the center. The key is that the yolk does not crack. Use a shovel and help yourself by tilting the pan a little
While the other side of the pan-egg is cooking, place the 4 slices of tomato on the already cooked side, then the slice of cheese and the slice of ham on top.
Once again, VERY CAREFULLY, turn the pan-egg again, taking care not to pop the yolk. When you turn the ham, it will be what is at the bottom in direct contact with the pan.
Let it cook in the pan until the Manchego cheese is melted, and it is ready to be served!
They will know they were successful if the yolk was not popped and cooked, it should still be liquid, and the cheese should be melted. A touch of chipotle sauce goes very well.
