Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1 teaspoon corn oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams parmesan cheese

Preparation

Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the bread lightly on both sides.
In a frying pan, heat the oil, add the eggs and mix until cooked.
Place the egg on the toast and add the Parmesan cheese.
Cover and heat over low heat until cheese is gratin.

PRESENTATION

Presented on a plate with a touch of cream and with a homemade sauce to taste

TIPS

You can add some vegetables to the eggs.
