The mushroom quiche with gruyere cheese is ideal for special occasions. This cheese in particular has a strong but delicious flavor that looks great with mushrooms. The secret of the recipe is the caramelized onions, dare to do it. You will not regret!

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 40 grams of flour
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Gruyere cheese grated
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 1 package of mushroom White
  • 1/4 of Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 70 grams of parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Stretch the puff pastry using a little flour. Cover the mold with it and chop the bottom with a fork and cover with aluminum foil. Place raw beans on top to create weight. Bake for 25 minutes, remove the foil and beans. Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
    File the onion and cook until caramelized. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into semi-thick slices.
    In a bowl, mix the eggs, the cream, the milk and the two cheeses. Add mushrooms, onion, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the precooked dough and bake for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle more chopped parsley on top.

    TIPS

    You can use cherry tomato to decorate.
