Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 milliliters milk
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 200 grams bacon, in a piece cut into cubes
  • 6 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®

Preparation

In a bowl mix the eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Fry the bacon until it is lightly browned. Remove from the fire.
In the pan where you fry the bacon, add the eggs and stir constantly until lightly cooked.
Add the bacon and mix until integrated.
Place on each Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® a little egg and form the tacos.

PRESENTATION

Accompany your taquitos with fruit of the season, so that your breakfast is more complete.

TIPS
