In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® Hot Cake Flour, milk, egg, and butter with a whisk. Mix well, add the cheese, and stir. Set aside the hot cake mixture. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour half a ladle of the mixture, forming a not-too-thick layer of hot cake, and spread gently. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Repeat the same process with the entire mixture.
