Ingredients: 2 cups Tres Estrellas® flour for hot cakes; 1 1/2 cups milk; 2 eggs; 2 tablespoons butter, melted; 2 tablespoons instant coffee; 1 cup cream cheese, in medium cubes, at room temperature; 2 cups whipping cream; 1/2 cups icing sugar; 1 cup maple syrup; 2 tablespoons Coffee express; cocoa powder, for decoration; raspberries, for decoration

In a bowl, combine Tres Estrellas® Hotcake Flour, milk, egg, melted butter, and instant coffee. Mix with a hand mixer until lumps are gone and let it rest for 10 minutes. Heat a bit of butter in a pan over medium heat, pour two ladles of the batter, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, which means the hotcake is ready. Flip and cook for 5 more minutes.

Repeat the same process until you finish all the batter.
