Ingredients

1 portion
  • 3/4 cups mango, frozen
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • nutmegs, optional

Preparation

Blend mango with coconut milk until smooth.
Add the chia and combine by pressing a few seconds.
Serve in a glass and sprinkle a little nutmeg.

TIPS

If you use nutmeg make it just a little because it has an intense flavor. You can substitute coconut milk for almond milk.

Hola Evamaría, desconocemos el nombre de una tienda en concreto puesto que estamos en México, sin embargo ya casi todas las tiendas de autoservicio o mercados locales la venden. Intenta buscando también en tiendas naturistas. Saludos hasta Epaña guapa!
