Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup couscous, Cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams panela cheese
  • olive oils, sufficient quantity
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch parsley, dry

Preparation

Place the hot couscous cup, hydrated as indicated by the box mark, on a deep plate.
In a pan put olive oil, when hot, we knock the two eggs and let them cook to the point where the yolk is not very hard, but a little liquid and juicy.
Add the eggs over the couscous and in the same skillet grind the panela cheese, until golden on both sides.
Place the cheese in the same plate with the egg and decorate with parsley, salt and pepper to taste

TIPS

You can add a little balsamic vinegar on the egg, it gives a great flavor.
