Ingredients

4 servings
  • 10 pieces of egg white whipped
  • enough of Great Value® Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Aerosol
  • 4 pieces of ancho chili pepper seedless and deveined
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of piloncillo
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of Salt Great Value®
  • 1 Cup of baby spinach
  • 1 Cup of Great Value® Pickled Sliced ​​Mushrooms drained
  • 1/4 of Cup of Extra Special Goat Cheese® fresh of Sicilian tomatoes
  • 1 piece of avocado cut into medium cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat a small skillet over medium heat, add the egg whites and cook in an omelette. Remove and reserve.
    In a small pot add the wide chili with the cream to beat and the piloncillo, season to your liking. Cook until the chile softens. Blend the preparation until a homogeneous sauce is obtained. Reservation.
    Serve the sauce in the form of a mirror on a plate, add the omelet stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, crumbled goat cheese and avocado. Sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy
