Ingredients: 1 kilo ground beef; 1 red bell pepper, chopped; 1 carrot, large, chopped; 1 onion, large, chopped; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 2 cans canned chopped tomato without salt, (14.5 oz each) of no salt added diced tomatoes, undrained; 2 cups mexican sauce; 1 teaspoon cumin powder; 1 cup ear corn; 6 flour tortillas, halved; 1 can canned refried black beans; 1 package cheese, (8 oz) of Mexican four cheese style shredded cheese; 1 Philadelphia® cream cheese

PREHEAT: the oven to 400ºF BROWN: the meat with the bell pepper, carrot, onion, and garlic in a large non-stick skillet. Add the tomatoes, sauce, and cumin; mix everything well. Cover the skillet; cook, maintaining a gentle simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the corn kernels to the mixture.
