Ingredients: 100 grams beef tenderloin; 1 egg yolk; 1 tablespoon mustard; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce; 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon capers; 1/3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped; 1 lime; salt and pepper; 1 egg yolk, for decoration; toast, for serving
