In the pressure cooker, place the two beef tongues, previously washed, along with a peeled onion, garlic cloves, bay leaves, and three tablespoons of salt. Add enough water to cover everything. Boil without covering the pot; when it starts boiling, cover the pot, place the valve, and wait for it to start making noise. When it starts to make noise, wait 30 minutes and the tongue will be ready. Turn off the heat and wait until you can open the lid. Carefully remove the tongue onto a cutting board, peel off the skin, and slice it to your liking. Place the meat in wax paper, inside a bowl or container with a lid that retains heat.
