In a hot skillet, sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes or until it becomes transparent. Add the meat until it takes on a slightly golden color. Sprinkle the Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon Powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it cook covered for 7 more minutes. It can be served alone or as a filling for roasted poblano peppers.
