Ingredients: 1/4 cups salsa, Chipotle Cocina Mestiza®; 4 tomatoes, very ripe (for the sauce); 1 piece onion, (for the sauce); 500 grams ground meat, beef; 3 tablespoons peppermint; 3 slices bacon, fried and chopped; 3 tablespoons rice, cooked; 1 egg; salt, to taste; pepper, to taste; vegetable oil, necessary amount

To form the meatballs: In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the meatballs and form balls about 1 cm in diameter. Place them on a flat plate. To make the sauce: put all the ingredients in the blender and blend. In a medium pot, heat 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil and strain the tomato sauce over it. Add a teaspoon of salt and one of pepper. Stir.
