In a deep bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add the fruits, olives, and chicken, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or preferably overnight. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Pour the white wine over the chicken and let it marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
