Ingredients: 1 chicken; 5 cans button mushrooms, in pieces and whole; 3 cans peas; 1 can green rajas; 90 grams butter; 2 onions, thinly sliced; 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped, only the leaves; 1/2 kilos new potatoes; 4 leaves bay; 8 allspice berries, ground; salt

Clean the chicken and remove the skin from the thighs and breasts, place in a large pot to melt the butter and add the chicken pieces; fry on low heat and cover for about 15 minutes. On top of the chicken, add the parsley, sliced onion, ground pepper, bay leaves, baby potatoes, cover, and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes on low heat.
