Clean the wings and cut them into 3 pieces. Place them on a baking tray and add the juice of the limes and salt to taste. Blend the can of chipotle peppers with the onion, half a tomato, and a clove of garlic. Once blended, add it to the wings, mixing them well. Let them marinate for 1 hour and then cook them by adding a little water. The sauce should be thick. Let it boil and when they are almost completely cooked, adjust the seasoning and if needed, add a little salt.
