Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (400 F). Place a rack over a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Spray the rack with PAM spray. In a food processor, grind the cereal and the crackers or toasted bread. Put all the ground mixture in a plastic bag and add the oil, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, and pepper. Mix everything well.
