Make small tortillas with the dough and cook on a griddle. Cook on both sides but be careful not to break them when flipping. For the cochinita pibil, place the meat in the pressure cooker. While it cooks, blend the ingredients except for the onion and pour into the pressure cooker. Cover the pot and cook for 30 min.
