Ingredients: 3 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 kilo pork ribs; salt and pepper; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for the sauce; 4 cloves garlic, for the sauce; 1 white onion, cut into pieces, for the sauce; 8 tomatillos, cut into pieces, for the sauce; 1 teaspoon cumin, whole; 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, for the sauce, divided into 2; 4 serrano chiles, without tail, for the sauce; 1/2 cups chicken broth, for the sauce; 1 pinch salt; 2 cups new potatoes, cooked and cut in half; 1 cup nopal, cooked and cut into strips; parsley, for decoration
