Ingredients: 1 kilo pork loin; 4 cloves garlic; 2 teaspoons vegetable oil; 1 1/2 cups onion, slice; 1/4 teaspoons pepper; 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg; 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard; 1 1/2 cups orange juice; 1 cup chicken broth; 1 cup white wine; 1/2 cups fresh cilantro; pinches cornstarch, if necessary

Cut the garlic into strips and insert them into the loin. Season with salt and pepper and sear it in the oil. In the same pot, add the onion and let it color. Add the pepper, nutmeg, mustard, orange juice, chicken broth, white wine, and cilantro and let it boil for a few minutes.
