Ingredients: 3 beets, peeled and in medium cubes; 2 cups jicama, peeled and in medium cubes; 2 mandarin oranges, only the segments; 2 oranges, in slices; 1 apple, in medium cubes; 2 cups orange juice; 1/2 cups sugar; 3/4 cups peanuts, without salt

Cook the beetroot in a pot with boiling water and salt for 5 minutes. Mix the juice with the sugar in a bowl, then add the beetroot, jicama, tangerine segments, apple, and peanut. Mix and set aside.
