Sweet and refreshing frozen coconut dessert ideal to enjoy at children's parties, refresh the family and even sell it during the hot season.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 liter milk
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 fresh coconut
  • 1 bag ice, or ice in refractory

Preparation

Split and chop the coconut into small pieces.
Blend all the ingredients: coconut pulp, milk, coconut cream, sugar and ice. Place in palette molds or to make ice and freeze.

TIPS

Replace the milk with ice cream if you want something more creamy and sweet.
