Apple Mini Pay with Cinnamon

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of raw sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 3 cups of oats
  • 5 pieces of granny smith apples peeled and cut into cubes, for filling
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of raw sugar for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of cornstarch for the filling
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon for the filling
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg for the filling
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the filling
  • 2 cups of Water for the filling
  • 2 spoonfuls of powder sugar to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease and flour a cupcake mold.
    In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Reservation.
    Acremer the butter in the blender together with the sugar. Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla without stopping.
    Slowly add the powders and oats and beat until incorporated.
    Pour the mixture into the cupcake mold and cover completely to form a base. Freeze about 20 minutes.
    Bake oatmeal bases for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Chills and releases.
    For the filling, combine the apples with the lemon juice. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ones.
    In a deep pan, heat the water and add the powders and apples. Cook about 15 minutes on low heat until the apples are cooked and soft.
    Fill the bases of oats with apples and decorate with icing sugar.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with vanilla ice cream.

    TIPS

    Allow the filling to cool before filling.
