10 portions
  • 60 grams raisin
  • 3 tablespoons Rum, dark
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon royal baking powder
  • 115 grams butter, soft
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cups apricot jam

Peel the apples and slice them. Heat the oven to 325ºF. Grease and flour a long pancake mold 28cm long by 10cm wide.
In a cacerolita put water and raisins and boil, then drain the raisins and put them with the rum, reserve them. Sift flour with royal.
With the blender mix butter with sugar at medium speed, add the eggs one at a time. Put the raisins and the rum. Add the flour little by little to have a soft paste.
Put half of the pasta in the mold, arrange almost all the apples, reserving about 6 slices, put the rest of the pasta distributing it well and garnish with the apple slices.
Bake 60 minutes. Remove from the oven. Cool in a rack for 15 minutes and unmold, placing it with the apples on top. Brush the jam with a brush and let it cool completely.
