Receta mas sana
Sugiero que para que ésta receta sea sana, sustituir el yogurt comercial por uno hecho en casa ya que no es totalmente leche y tiene conservadores, saborizantes y azúcar. Y en vez de añadir azúcar refinada cambiarla por mascabado o miel de abeja ;D
