Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature (340 g)
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar, standard (500 g)
  • 3 1/4 cups flour, (375 g)
  • 1 cup whole milk, (225 g)
  • 3/4 teaspoons baking soda, (4 g)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, (340 g) for butter bitumen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, for butter bitumen
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, (500 g) for butter bitumen
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk, for butter bitumen
  • vegetal color additives, for butter bitumen

Preparation

Instructions for the Cake: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease and flour the molds.
Add the butter until smooth and creamy.
Incorporate the sugar and continue beating, until integrating very well.
Add the eggs one by one, waiting for them to be integrated before adding the next one.
Add the vanilla.
On the other hand, mix the salt, the baking powder, the flour and sift.
Slowly add the dried ones to the mixture and finally the milk.
Pour the mixture into the molds and bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
Unmold and let stand overnight.
Instructions for Butter Bitumen: Acremer the butter in a blender .
Incorporate the icing sugar little by little while still moving.
Add the vanilla and milk.
Divide the bitumen and add a different vegetable colorant for each part.
Once the pastel floors are cold you can make a hole in the central part. You can use a circular cutter or a large glass. The bigger you make the circle, the sweeter your cake will be.
In a base for cake put a bit of bitumen, this in order that when placing the cake there does not move.
Make a hole in one of the floors of the cake. Place it on the base for cake and dip with the help of a spatula, bitumen over it.
Do the same with the other floor but this time keep the center that you remove with the cutter or glass. Place it on the other floor.
Stuffed with your favorite sweets, we suggest candied chocolate, candies, chocolate coins, etc.
Place the center that you had previously removed as a lid.
Cover with bitumen of the color that you prefer the whole cake with the help of a spatula.
For decoration we suggest you to place two spoons of bitumen of the color that you like the most inside a pastry bag. The type of decoration will depend on the duya you choose.
If you wish you can add edible diamond, sprinkles of colors or any ingredient that you like. Let your imagination fly.

PRESENTATION

For the filling: Variety of sweets to taste: candied chocolates, chocolate eggs, candies, etc. Optional Ingredients for Decoration: Crystal sugar, edible confetti, fondant figurines, edible diamantine, etc.

TIPS

This recipe yields for two medium layers of cake. If you want to make a three-layer cake, it is best to double the recipe.
