Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 8 peaches in syrup, sliced

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, baking powder, milk and egg. With the help of a hand mixer, incorporate the ingredients well. Reservation.
For the caramel: mix the muscovado sugar, the butter and the cinnamon, and spread well on the base of the mold.
