Ingredients: 380 grams flour; 280 grams sugar; 12 eggs; 1 cup milk; 3/4 cups oil; 3 tablespoons baking soda; 400 milliliters syrup, of pineapple, for the envinado; 300 milliliters pineapple syrup, for the winding; 1 cup evaporated milk, for the winding; 1 cup coconut milk, for the winding; 1 package cream cheese, 190 grams, for the filling; 5 slices Pineapple in syrup, for the filling; 2 tablespoons butter, for the filling

Preparation

For the pancake: beat the eggs together with the sugar until fluff, add the milk and the oil and finally the previously sifted flour with the pole for baking, in enveloping form, with a balloon whisk. Pour into a mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes. Unmold and cool, divide the bread into 2 horizontal parts.

For the wrapping: Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until incorporated. Place the first part of the bread in a tray and moisten with the prepared wrap. Mix the cheese and butter and place with pieces of pineapple on the bread, place the other part of the bread and huméctela with the prepared wrap.

Cover: Line with the remaining cream cheese with butter and decorate with pineapple and cherry pieces.

Refrigerate until serving time.

yo pienso que mas bien se equivoco en la palabra "envinado", mas bien es jarabe de la mezcla de los ingredientes

Y el vino? Habla de varios ingredientes para el "envinado" pero nunca menciona vino, entonces, es envinado? o únicamente mezcla de leches con piña y coco?
