Ingredients

4 portions
  • 600 balls shrimp
  • 3 lime, in its juice
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 jet fresh coriander, fresh chopped
  • 1/2 bottles kosher salt
  • 1/4 bottles pepper
  • Milpa Real® tostada shell

Preparation

Peel the shrimp and bring them to a boil in salted water. Once cooked, remove from the water. Put the shrimp in a container with the lemon juice and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After that time, add the onion, tomato, chili, coriander, salt and pepper. And refrigerate a while more.

PRESENTATION

It is served in crystal glasses and garnished with a lemon wedge. Accompany with Milpa Real Tostadas.

TIPS

If you want you can add a little hot red sauce.
