Ingredients

4 portions
  • 600 balls shrimp
  • 3 to taste lemon, in its juice
  • 1 to taste green chile, chopped
  • 2 to taste saladette tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 to taste onion, chopped
  • 1 jet fresh coriander, chopped fresh
  • 1/2 bottles Kosher salt
  • 1/4 bottles black pepper
  • to taste Milpa Real toast

Preparation

Peel the shrimp and boil them in salted water. Once cooked, remove from the water. Put the shrimp in a bowl with the lemon juice and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After that time, add the onion, tomato, pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper. And refrigerate a while more.

PRESENTATION

It is served in crystal glasses and decorated with a slice of lemon. Serve with Real Milpa Tostadas.

TIPS

If you want you can add a little spicy red sauce.
