Sweet cake made with guanabana pulp, incredibly delicious.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 milliliters soursop pulp, milled (without seeds)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams butter
  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 50 grams cranberry

Preparation

We preheat the oven to 250 ° C
In the glass of the blender all the ingredients, except the blueberries and grind until you get a smooth mixture
Grease and flour a round cake mold, pour the preparation, on it place the blueberries, so that they are well distributed
We bake for 45 to 55 min. or until when introducing a knife in the center of the cake it comes out clean, so we will know that our cake is cooked.

PRESENTATION

As a decoration we can sprinkle some icing sugar on top of the cake.
