Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix Tres Estrellas® Hot Cake Flour with milk, egg, butter, sugar, cinnamon, carrot, and walnuts. Pour into 2 previously greased and floured 20 cm diameter molds and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and set aside. For the frosting: beat the cream cheese with the whipping cream and powdered sugar. Reserve ½ cup of frosting. Add some frosting on top of a cake layer, place the carrot cake on top, and cover with the remaining frosting. Refrigerate the cake for 20 minutes. Tint a portion of the reserved frosting with green food coloring and another with orange food coloring. Place in piping bags. Shape the carrots in the center of the cake with the colored frostings, decorate with walnuts, and enjoy.
