Ingredients

12 portions
  • 600 grams cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • 1/2 glasses lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 10.5 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 150 grams lard
  • 300 grams Marie biscuit, or Vanilla Lincon
  • 1 cup red fruit jam, or some red fruit candy
  • 1 cup red fruit, cool

Preparation

For the base: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grind the cookies until crumbly. Once this is done add the sugar and the melted butter. Mix well.
Place this mixture in the source where you are going to make the dessert and press it against it so that it is a compact base.
Put the source in the oven for 10 min.
For the filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the condensed milk little by little, then the lemon juice and the vanilla extract. Mixture.
In a cup place the gelatin powder and add 1/2 cup of boiling water, stirring quickly. Add a splash of cold water and add all the content to the cheese mixture.
Pour the filling on the base and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
To finish, distribute the sweet on the filling and on this, add the red fruits.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with red fruits without leaving space where the filling can be seen.

TIPS

Grease the cookie base with the butter so that it is a consistent base. IMPORTANT: mix the mixture quickly with the gelatin so that there are no hard pieces of it.
