  • 130 grams unsalted butter
  • 3 packages cream cheese, Philadelphia (226 grams each)
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 4 eggs

For the base of the cake: The Maria cookies are crushed until they are like powder. 130 grams of butter are melted in a pot and powdered cookies are added. Put it in the cake mold, pressing to make it smooth. It reserves.
For the cake: Mix the cream cheese (at the time) with sugar with a blender. The eggs are added one by one making sure to lower with a spatula what remains on the sides.
The creams, cornstarch and vanilla are added and mixed well (do not overbathe, just mix it quickly). It is placed in the mold with the cookie base and placed in the oven at 190 ° C (350 ° F).
Let it cook in the oven for 45-50 minutes (the center of the cake should be moving a little when removed from the oven). Let it cool and decorate the cake with jam and raspberries.

Hola Minerva, no te disculpes, de eso se trata de enseñarnos las unas a las otras ; ) La crema chantilly es crema batida, la crema para batir es líquida. La encuentras en tetrapack junto a las demás cremas en el supermercado. ¡Saludos!
