Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 centigrade (350 F).
The Maria cookies are crushed until they are like powder. 130 grams of butter are melted in a pot and powdered cookies are added. Put it in the cake mold, pressing to make it smooth.
Mix the cream cheese (at the same time) with sugar with an electric mixer . The eggs are added one by one making sure to lower with a spatula what remains on the sides.
Add the cream, cornstarch and vanilla and mix well (just stir quickly so you do not overdo it).
It is placed in the mold with the cookie base.
With a spoon add spoonfuls of the jam (previously stirred or dissolved in the microwave to make this liquid). With a knife circular movements are made, mixing the marmalade and forming a marbling effect.
Let it cook in the oven for 45-50 minutes (the center of the cake should be moving a little when removed from the oven).
Allow to cool for one hour.
