Thread of coffee covered with a cover integrated by chopped nuts, sugar glass and instant coffee.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of sugar white
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
  • 100 grams of Butter melted
  • 200 grams of nut chopped, for coverage
  • 2 spoonfuls of powder sugar for coverage
  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee for coverage

    Preparation

    First of all we can prepare the coverage. We mix the three ingredients in a bowl and reserve it.
    To prepare the cake, put in a bowl the eggs with sugar. Beat until a creamy and fluffy mixture results.
    Add the melted butter, the yoghurt, the flour mixed with the baking powder, the salt and the instant coffee. We keep beating until all the ingredients are well integrated.
    Pour the preparation into a screw mold, in this case, lined with baking paper and buttered. Above we spread the cover until it covers the entire surface. We introduce the preheated oven at 180º C, for about 30 minutes.
    Let cool on a rack and serve tempered with a good cup of steaming coffee.

    TIPS

    You can substitute the nut, for almonds and the taste of coffee for the one of your preference.
